Mark Killeen - mark@kelmec.co.uk
Our owner and Managing Director, Mark Killeen, started KELMEC LTD over 9 years ago as one man in a van. He has since developed the business into a team of 13 with a customer database of over 300, and a fully equipped commercial premises including a fleet of 8 service vehicles.
Mark has worked in the commercial and industrial sector for over 20 years. He has both considerable technical and commercial experience in the water industry and associated sectors. In his previous role he worked as a senior engineer for a major pump maintenance company, carrying out routine maintenance, fault finding and installation work on a vast array of pumping equipment.
His former role was a Senior Maintenance Management position for many years for a large manufacturing company which also included experience in product R&D. Mark is highly aware of the importance of customer relations and is focused on his team getting the job right first time.

Sean is our Contracts Director. He has almost 10 years’ experience in the water industry and also has experience in valve and actuation to the oil and gas industry.
Sean has acquired many mechanical and electrical qualifications along the way, including a degree in mechanical engineering. Having dealt with such customers as Shell UK, NAM, Cofely GDF Suez and Northumbrian Water he understands the importance and priority of the customers’ requirements. He strives to get it right first time, every time.

Stacey is our Assistant Director. This encompasses a number of roles such as Administration, human resources and accounting duties. Stacey has just under 3 years’ experience in the waste water industry, but having worked alongside her husband and a great team she has picked up things pretty quick.
Stacey is primarily office based, and has achieved relevant qualifications to attend sites and work alongside the engineers, and doesn’t mind getting her hands dirty. Working alongside her husband on a daily basis, Stacey is proud of the company that they have built and is even prouder of the team they have.
Paul Garbutt - paul@kelmec.co.uk
Paul is the Service Director of Kelmec with 25 years' experience within the pumping and water / waste water industry. Paul has a vast knowledge within the pump repair side of the business, as a result of this he oversee all the pump repairs in our fully kitted workshop. Along the journey Paul has picked up many qualifications and has been responsible for servicing and maintaining many environmentally critical sites throughout the country, highlighting his range of experience within the industry.
